Andrew Stuart
Head of Finance
Andrew is a seasoned accountant with over 30 years of specialised experience in the construction industry, particularly in facades and curtain walling projects. His extensive industry knowledge has been instrumental in his role as CFO for a £30 million turnover construction group over the past five years, under an outsourcing agreement with GSI Associates, which provided comprehensive accounts department services. Andrew’s global experience is complemented by his credentials as a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Forensic Accountant. His expertise and qualifications have earned him approval and an invitation to join the prestigious Chartered Institute of Builders. His distinguished career and professional accolades underscore his exceptional capability and dedication to the field of construction finance.
Anthony Stuart
Managing Director
Anthony Stuart has specialised in the implementation and integration of financial software and systems for the past 15 years, serving companies both nationally and internationally. His career has taken him across Europe and the Far East, where he has held management positions in multiple companies. Since 2007, Anthony has worked with a firm of Chartered Accountants where he became partner in 2018 and has accumulated extensive experience as a CFO and financial controller. His expertise spans various industries, with a particular focus on the construction sector, including facades and curtain walling projects.
Ross Somerville
Commercial Director
Ross Somerville brings valuable insights and a proven track record to GSI Maintenance, with an executive career spanning over 27 years in the commercial and procurement spheres. His expertise encompasses the software, building engineering and professional services sectors, having worked for multi-million-pound enterprises across global markets in Europe, the USA and Asia. Throughout his career, Ross has consistently created and managed successful growth strategies within these organisations. Most recently, as one of the co-founders of a leading SaaS solution within the UK property market, Ross played a pivotal role in its acquisition by Marlowe Plc. There, he became the Commercial Director within their software risk and Ccompliance division, contributing to a remarkable 37% growth. Prior to this, as the Head of Sales for a UK national building engineering business, he achieved a five-fold increase in turnover. Under his leadership, the organisation was named one of the top UK SMEs by the London Stock Exchange Group for three consecutive years, ultimately leading to its sale to a private equity firm.
Keith Sarson
Chief Technical Consultant
Keith boasts a distinguished 35-year career in the construction industry, focusing extensively on designing, manufacturing and installing aluminium-framed windows and curtain walling for high-rise towers. His profound expertise in these areas has established him as a highly esteemed figure in the field. Throughout his tenure, Keith has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of numerous prestigious projects, showcasing a deep understanding of the intricate technical and logistical challenges inherent in high-rise construction. His work consistently reflects a commitment to excellence and innovation, particularly in leveraging cutting-edge materials and methodologies. Beyond his achievements in design and installation, Keith has excelled in specialised maintenance services. He notably led one of London’s foremost maintenance companies, specialising in the repair and upkeep of windows, doors and balconies for high-rise buildings. His mastery of leading systems such as Schuco, Reynaers and Kawneer has set industry standards. Keith’s leadership in maintenance not only ensured the durability and safety of high-rise structures but also solidified his reputation as a versatile and knowledgeable professional across construction and maintenance domains. His career is characterised by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a steadfast commitment to advancing industry standards.

Neil is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience, renowned for his goal-driven approach and ambition in fostering productive business relationships. As a dynamic leader, he adeptly manages multiple accounts, collaborates with stakeholders, negotiates with vendors and upholds high standards of service excellence. Neil’s expertise encompasses internal audits, rigorous cost control, currency exchange management, critical thinking and strategic planning. Steve Clarke

Steve holds a distinguished BSc (Hons) in Building (Engineering and Management) from Brunel University and has specialised in facades since 1987. Throughout his career, he has earned membership in esteemed professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Builders, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Institute of Construction Surveyors (now the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and the British Institute of Management. Steve’s career spans over 36 years, during which he has held pivotal commercial director roles within prominent multi-million-pound facade and curtain walling companies in the UK. His extensive commercial expertise in construction underscores his profound impact and leadership in the industry.
Dritero Jashari
Consultant
Dritero serves as a consultant at Construction Project Management Office at GSI Maintenance, bringing a wealth of experience from key roles including Infrastructure Project Manager at UNOPS PRPC and Project Management Consultant for the Qatar Expressway Programme, the world’s largest infrastructure initiative. His expertise extends to managing complex projects across diverse sectors, highlighted by his contributions to the US Department of Defense’s Logistics Civil Augmentation Programme in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dritero’s qualifications include a background as a qualified Architect, an MBA holder and membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His versatile skill set and proficiency in infrastructure project management underscore his ability to deliver exceptional results across a wide spectrum of construction projects.

Monika Zoksimovska brings over 5 years of experience as an Estimating Manager at GSI Associates’ Construction office, representing a prominent facade and cladding construction company. Her tenure has been marked by proactive engagement and steadfast dedication within the facade industry, where she has excelled in the Estimating department by consistently delivering precise and timely estimates. Monika’s expertise extends to designing and implementing innovative, energy-efficient facade solutions across a spectrum of projects encompassing residential, commercial and institutional buildings. With a Master’s degree in Architecture and prior experience as an architectural designer, Monika combines technical proficiency with a deep understanding of architectural principles, positioning her as a valuable asset in the construction sector.
